Booking Info for Chalet Accommodation

Tariffs:

  • Tariffs can be viewed by inputting your required dates on the availability checker.
  • Tariffs can be subject to review & change at any time.

Arrival / departure days & length of stay

  • Arrival & departure days can be any day of the week.
  • 1 night stays are available most of the year, except at certain peak times.

Chalet occupancy & restrictions:

  • Maximum occupancy cannot exceed the available number of bedspaces within a chalet. (This includes children.)
  • Please note that ‘A’ frame Chalets are not suitable for young children / infants / babies to occupy.

Payment:

  • In order to always give you the best tariff, we take full payment on booking. This is combined with a generous cancellation policy. (See below)
  • After submitting the form with your personal details and chosen dates / chalet, you’ll then be directed to a secure payment page for inputting card details.
  • Please note that if the payment form isn’t submitted, the booking will not be in place.

Discounts:

  • The following discounts are currently available in chalets.
  • 10% off for 2-person-only occupancy throughout year. (On agreement that only 2 persons shall occupy chalet for entire stay. Includes 2 adults + 1 infant in 2 bedroom chalet)
  • 5% off for 2 weeks booked.
  • Only 1 discount applies per booking.

Cancellation:

  • If cancellation (for whatever reason) is made more than 14 days before arrival date: Payment shall be be refunded in full, less a 3 pounds administrative charge.
  • If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date: Payment shall be refunded in full, less a 3 pounds adminstrative charge, if the cancelled accommodation can be rebooked.

Modifying an existing booking:

  • If you need to change anything, (e.g. arrival / departure dates / group numbers) please contact us direct.

Check-in & check-out times:

  • Check-in is available from 4pm at the bar counter of our on-site Pub. Please note that the reception does not open before this time.
  • The reception is open until 11pm – however, we understand that some guests travel long distances, or can get delayed enroute.
  • Please just let us know if you’ll be arriving after 11pm.
  • If you are delayed enroute, call or text us on 0772 0068111 or 07856123923, or call 01855 821393.
  • Check-out time is by 10.30am. Due to our cleaning schedule, there is no opportunity to extend this.

Bed linen / towels / kitchen extras

  • All bed linen is provided.
  • Towel sets aren’t included in the chalets. They can be provided for an extra 2 pounds per set, on request.
  • Kitchen extras such as washing-up liquid, kitchen roll & tea towels are provided. 1 toilet roll is provided for arrival.

If you want to bring a dog:

  • We accept a maximum of 1 dog in a chalet.
  • Please tell us that you wish to bring a dog. There is an extra charge of 3 pounds per night, or 20 pounds for a week.
  • There is no charge for a dog to returning guests.
