Our on-site Pub, with its informal & friendly atmosphere, is a welcoming hub for residents, non-residents and locals alike.

Relax around the impressive log fire with a pint or maybe a ‘wee dram’ from the impressive whisky collection. Or check your e-mails on the free Wi-Fi over a decent coffee.

The freshly prepared menu has a good reputation locally, and is changed regularly. Where possible, it makes use of West Highland produce such as game and seafood, and is complimented by a daily-changing ‘specials’ menu & carefully-selected wine list.

Vegetarian options are always available on the menu, and special diets (eg. gluten free) can be catered for with pre-notice.

Table booking isn’t essential for smaller parties, but is recommended over holiday periods and weekends.

Larger groups are welcome – we’d just require pre-booking. We can provide good-value, set menus which is a popular option with groups. (priced ‘per head’ rather then ‘per dish’) Please get in touch with any group requirements.

A daily weather and mountain forecast is available, along with avalanche and skiing forecasts during winter.

There’s also a selection of local walking maps and guides available to buy.

Please note that opening times & meal availability are more limited between November and Easter.

Real Ale

There’s usually at least 2 Highland-brewed, cask ales available.

Our regular suppliers are Cairngorm Brewery in Aviemore and Leven Ales, based locally in Kinlochleven.
